General Booking Information
The Hotel offers excellent accommodation to visitors either on business or on holiday. The Peninsula International Hotel has six range categories:
- 6 Superior Deluxe Rooms
- 32 Deluxe Rooms
- 16 Superior Standard Rooms
- 44 Standard Rooms
- 8 Suite Rooms
All rooms are well appointed and have standard features as:
- Air Condition
- Satellite Television
- Tea / Coffee making facilities
- Direct dialling telephones
- Superior Deluxe Rooms are inclusive of Spa Bath
The Deluxe Room provides a Queen Size bed and a single divan type as standard layout, all rooms have built-in wardrobes and vanity units. The Suite Rooms are equipped with 2 * LCD TV’s, microwave and a writing desk.
Equivalent of one night’s accommodation required on all bookings prior to receipt of confirmation.
A group is defined as 15 people or more traveling on the same itinerary.
Deposits / Final Payment (For Groups)
10% – 120 days prior to group arrival
15% – 90 days prior to group arrival
25% – 60 days prior to group arrival
Full payment is required upon departure, unless credit has been arranged in advance and approved by the hotel.
Preliminary Rooming List
Is required 30 days prior to group’s arrival and final is required 14 days prior to group’s arrival.
Two (2) children under 12 years of age, sharing parents’ room – no charge. Room occupied by children separate from parents – single room rates.
Cancellation / Refunds
One night’s charge will be levied for any individual reservation cancelled within 48 hours of proposed arrival date. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation received not less than 7 days prior to guest’s arrival.
Check -In time is 2:00pm.
Check – Out
Check – out time is 11.00am.
